We started with Bedroom #1, adding Vinyl Plank Laminate from Lumber Liquidators – we chose the waterproof kind to protect from any moisture.

Casterly Ranch

We pulled the trigger and purchased our first house, which is a 3 BR / 2 BA Single Family Ranch with large fenced-in back yard, dubbed “Casterly Ranch” in September 2017 – the plan is to live in Casterly Ranch for two years and renovate as well as we can before moving out and renting!  Casterly Ranch, coming from “Casterly Rock” from Game of Thrones, of course.
